It’s that time of the year again - some companies rate it of more use than IIP accreditation for staff recruitment and retention - the Sunday Times Best 100 companies to work for.

Only 3 engineering consultants (Arup, WhitbyBird and Faber Maunsell) in the list and they’re all privately owned.  Atkins (who are a plc) have made the Top 20 Big companies again (no. 11 last year, no. 12 this year) pipped by Mott McDonald who made it into the list at no. 11.  Mott’s are also privately owned.  Urban Splash have made the small companies list at 82.
